CLI Pride back on the seas – with class

21 April, 2021: The CLI Pride (IMO 9513646) has undergone a major new refurbishment. After this year’s “classification” process – as the technical inspection for ships is known – and the installation of a ballast water treatment system (BWTS), CLI Shipping’s multi-purpose freighter is once again plying its route between North America and Europe. As part of the technical inspection at Emden Dockyard, the 130-metre ship, which has been part of our company’s fleet since 2018, has been brought fully up to date. The refurbishment has included a fresh coat of paint, which lets the ship, constructed in 2011, shine again in the most beautiful colours. The CLI Pride, which has two 80-tonne cranes, is used to service our customers in the project logistics sector. The ship, with a gross tonnage of 7,138 tonnes, is not only equipped for large and heavy loads but also approved to transport every category of IMO-certified hazardous goods.
