New building project in Hamburg
CLI AG, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, HamburgerQuartiere GmbH, is developing high-quality townhouses and condominiums in Hamburg.
On a 17,000 square meter plot, the following will be constructed:
Six townhouses at Seestraße 20
A building with nine residential units at Groß Flottbeker Straße 65
A special highlight of the project: The two properties are connected to a approximately one-hectare biotope area, offering future residents an unobstructed view of greenery – a rarity in the metropolis of Hamburg.
The completion of the townhouses is scheduled for the end of 2025, while the multi-family building is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2026.
